Meditation and Breathwork Group
Description- This class is a great place for those who are interested in learning more about meditation, breathwork, and self-care, regardless if you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced meditator.
Each week we will have a new meditation technique and Breathwork approach introduced into the group. You will have many helpful tools and techniques to pull from by the end of this course. Some of the areas covered include:
- Relaxation and Stress Relief
- Reduce Anxiety and Depression
- Self Love and Alignment
- Mindfulness /Increased Awareness
- Finding Balance in your life
- Better regulate your body’s reaction to stress and fatigue
- Increasing your awareness of the mind/body connection
This class will help you cultivate a meditation practice that fits perfectly into your own life. It will introduce you to different techniques
Price- $20 per class or $120 for 8 classes

Description: These are individual sessions where we can work together one on one to deepen your journey with meditation, breathwork and self-care techniques.

They can relate to one another on the heart level.

That self awareness that is not identified with the mind chatter and all of the rules, that we have been deeming as right and wrong our whole lives.
