Description- This class is a great place for those who are interested in learning more about meditation, breathwork, and self-care, regardless if you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced meditator.
Each week we will have a new meditation technique and Breathwork approach introduced into the group. You will have many helpful tools and techniques to pull from by the end of this course. Some of the areas covered include:

Description: These are individual sessions. Your will work together one on one to deepen your journey with meditation, breathwork and self-care techniques.
In these private sessions we will dive deeper. The focus will be more upon the specific areas of focus you desire to deepen your awareness on.
