When you close your eyes and remember your loved one that you have lost, it’s not the physical body that you’re grieving. It’s the essence or presence of who they are. If we understand that this physical body is a temporary manifestation to encapsulate the spirit then we are better able to understand that it was never meant to last. The body wears down but yet the essence, the good stuff will always remain.
Our loved ones pass away to make way for new humans coming into this planet. The cycle of life is that the old creates the new. We each will leave a unique and one-of-a-kind footprint on this earth the time we are here. The way we are remembered is not by our physical body. We remember the essence and character of that person. All that made them who they are.

What is Death?
- Death is birth and freedom from the tight and restricting wet-suit we call the body.
- Leaving this earth is release from pain and suffering.
- Loss and Death is passing from one realm to another.
- Death gives way to life.
- Death is freedom and release
If we can see our loved ones as being sent from this earth as a release instead of a tragedy then we can start to accept death as a natural process. Yes grief is inevitable but by changing the way you view death determines the amount of pain and suffering you will endure. Depression, anger, anxiety, etc are very common emotions associated with losing a loved one. Don’t deny yourself the time you need to process the loss. But if you can shift your thinking about death then you see it as a beautiful passing on. A passing through one realm to another.
